Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Growbiz, operated by HyperLink Innovations (Jodhpur, India). By creating an account you agree to them.

What Growbiz is

Growbiz is a third-party client for the official Google Business Profile APIs. It lets you view and edit listings that your Google account already has permission to manage. Growbiz is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must have the right to manage any Google Business Profile you connect. If you manage listings for clients, you confirm you are authorised to act for them.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Growbiz to publish false, misleading or deceptive information on a listing.
• Do not use it to post fake reviews, solicit incentivised reviews, or manipulate ratings.
• Do not attempt to access listings you are not authorised to manage.
• Do not resell, scrape or bulk-export data obtained through Growbiz.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or interfere with the service.

Your use of Growbiz must also comply with Google's guidelines for representing your business on Google. Violating those guidelines can get your listing suspended by Google, which is outside our control.

What we do not promise

We make no guarantee about search rankings, map placement, traffic, calls or revenue. Google's ranking systems are proprietary and nobody — including us — controls them. We also cannot remove reviews; only Google can, and only when a review breaks its policies.

Growbiz depends on Google's APIs. If Google changes, deprecates, rate-limits or suspends an API, the affected feature may stop working, and we may have to remove it.

Fees

The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance each month and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text, photos and other content you publish through Growbiz. You grant us the limited right to transmit it to Google on your behalf, which is the whole point of the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any photo you upload.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time, which revokes our Google access and purges your cached listing data. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or creates legal risk for us, and we will tell you why where we are permitted to.

Liability

Growbiz is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Growbiz after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
