About

Built by people tired of watching good businesses lose to bad listings

Growbiz exists because of a pattern we kept running into. A business does everything right — good work, happy customers, fair prices — and still loses the call to a competitor down the street. Not because the competitor is better, but because their Google listing has the right category, current hours, thirty recent photos and replies on every review, while ours has a category picked in a hurry three years ago and a phone number that rings a disconnected line.

The information needed to fix that is not secret. Google publishes it. The problem is that the official tools scatter it across a dashboard that changes twice a year, and the agencies who will do it for you charge monthly for work that mostly takes an afternoon. What was missing was something in between: a tool that tells you exactly what is wrong, ranks the fixes by impact, and then lets you actually make them without leaving the page.

How we build

Growbiz only uses official Google Business Profile APIs. We do not scrape, we do not automate a headless browser against Google's dashboard, and we never ask for your Google password. You approve access on Google's own consent screen and withdraw it the same way. That choice rules out a few features competitors advertise, and we think that is the right trade.

We are also careful about what we promise. No tool controls Google rankings, no tool removes reviews, and any product claiming otherwise is selling you something it cannot deliver. What a complete, accurate, actively maintained profile does is make you eligible to show up and credible once you do. That is the part we can help with, so that is the part we talk about.

Who runs it

Growbiz is operated by HyperLink Innovations, a software studio based in Jodhpur, India, that builds web and mobile products for small and mid-size businesses. You can find the company at hyperlinkinnovations.com.

The same team builds the web app and the Android app, which share one API and one set of permission rules. If something behaves differently on your phone than on your laptop, that is a bug, not a design decision.

Where we are going

The near-term roadmap is depth on Google rather than breadth across platforms: richer performance reporting, bulk editing for multi-location operators, and better handling of the edits Google applies to listings on its own. Bing Places and Apple Business Connect come later, if at all — we would rather do one platform properly than three badly.
