How it works
From sign-in to a fixed listing in one sitting
Growbiz is a client for the official Google Business Profile APIs. There is no scraping, no browser automation, and no password sharing — you grant access with Google's own consent screen and revoke it the same way.

Sign in with Google
Use the Google account that already manages your business. Google shows you a consent screen asking whether Growbiz may manage your Business Profile. Nothing happens until you approve it, and you can withdraw it at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from your Growbiz settings.

We pull your locations
Growbiz asks Google for the accounts you belong to and the locations under each one. Single location, a handful of branches, or an agency group — they all come through the same API. We store a cached copy so the app is fast, and we refresh it at least every 30 days as Google requires.

Read the audit
Each location gets a 0–100 score from fifteen weighted checks. The list is ordered by how much each fix is worth, so the first item is always the one that moves the number most. Every row links straight to the screen that fixes it.

Fix things
Edit categories, description, hours, contact details and services. Add photos. Reply to reviews. Answer questions. Publish or schedule a post. Each save goes to Google with a precise update mask, then Growbiz reads the listing back so the screen shows Google's stored value rather than your draft.

Keep it current
A background worker refreshes stale locations, pulls new reviews and questions, publishes scheduled posts, and flags fields Google has changed on its own. A weekly digest tells you what moved without you having to open the app.
How we handle your Google access
When you approve the consent screen, Google hands Growbiz a refresh token. That token is encrypted at rest with your application key and never leaves the server — it is not sent to your browser, and the Android app never sees it either. The phone gets a separate Growbiz token that only works against our API.
Listing data is treated as a cache, not a database we own. We refresh it well inside Google's 30-day window, and when you disconnect we delete the tokens and purge every cached row for your account in the same request. There is no copy sitting in a warehouse afterwards, and we do not sell, share, or build a data product out of anyone's listings.
Access is scoped per user at the query level: every listing read is filtered through the Google account that granted it. Two customers cannot see each other's locations even if they guess an identifier.
